Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To request a return, email chenchen5825332@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions and confirm the return destination.

Once we receive and check your returned item, we will process an approved refund within 2 days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue. This policy does not limit any rights required by applicable law.
